29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(viii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards based on other factors that contribute to the practical safeguarding of persons using or likely to come in contact with the equipment: a) Planer Mill - Pull chain before Strapper; On or about May 24, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were required to walk and work around an electric motor that had its wire connection box broken off exposing the motors electrical conductors to damage.
