29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Planer Mill - Sorting Table; On or about May 24, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that employees were required to walk and work within two feet of an unguarded rotating exposed chain and sprockets on the sorting table that were located less than one foot to the floor.
