29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(i): 29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(I): The contract employer did not ensure that each contract employee is trained in the work practices necessary to safely perform his/her job. On 5/20/2017, the employer did not train each employee in the work practices necessary as required by the standard and to ensure each employee could perform the job safely. i.e. Management officials did not train Alta employees in the MarJack contractor training program that included information on the following topics: Facility Specific Hazards, Hot Work Permits, Lockout/Tagout, Ammonia Refrigeration SOP Policy, Ammonia System Entry Guidelines, and Emergency Evacuation and Action Plan.
