29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200:: (a) Employees were not trained about the location and availability of a Hazard Communication Program and chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Employees use chemicals daily to clean and disinfect, such as, but not limited to Delta Foremost's Super Kleen, Delta Foremost's Grill Brite, and Sysco Germicidal Ultra Bleach. These cleaning and sanitizing chemicals expose employee eyes and skin to irritation and chemical burns.
