29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) Power Component Systems, Incorporated 5455 Carlisle Pike Navy Bldg 307 Mechanicsburg PA - The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs to ensure employee safety to include, but not limited to, frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person to ensure the use of appropriate fall protection, the safe use of ladders, and lead paint were identified in the furnace room of building 307, on or about April 27, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
