29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. On or about 12 April 2017, and at times prior thereto, the facility was not kept in a clean and dry condition. a) Production Floor: The concrete floor had standing water in several areas, to include Trim, Exteriors, and Ceiling Sets, where pedestrian traffic was common, exposing the workers to a slipping hazard. b) Paint Booth: The outer perimeter of the paint booth floor had excessive paint build-up, exposing the painter to a slipping or tripping hazard. Also, tarps had been laid out covering the floor which had standing water and areas that the tarp was bunched up, creating both a slipping and tripping hazard. Cavco Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1043543, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2301 N. Highway 46, Seguin, TX 78155.
