29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using a personal fall arrest fall protection system was trained in the correct procedures for installing, inspecting, operating, maintaining, and disassembling the personal fall protection systems that the employee uses. (a) Employees reconfiguring a rack system from an elevated work platform were exposed to an approximate six (6) foot fall hazard. The employer did not ensure that the employees were trained on the limitations (swing radius and fall arrest distance) of the personal fall arrest system that was in use.
