29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about March 24th, 2017, at the jobsite located 2061 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Riviera Beach FL, 33404, the employer did not provide training for employees who were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to E-MAX Alkali (sodium hydroxide, pH 13.0-13.8), when performing activities of filling and other related process.
