29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about March 24th, 2017, at the jobsite located 2061 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Riviera Beach FL, 33404, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees who were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to E-MAX Alkali (sodium hydroxide, pH 13.0-13.8), when performing activities of filling and other related process.
