29 CFR 1926.55(a): Employee(s) were exposed to material(s) at concentrations above those specified in the Threshold Limit Values of Airborne Contaminants for 1970 of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists concentration of 50 parts per million (50 ppm) for an 8-hour work shift of a 40-hour work week and attenuated accordingly for extended work shifts in extended work weeks: (a) On or about February 28, 2017 for the employee exposed to carbon monoxide levels at a mean calculated at 3,832.6 ppm for approximately 27 minutes, and an 8-hour Threshold Limit Value of 215.6 ppm while changing out drums in a work trailer near the 1600 block of Tenth Avenue East West Fargo, ND
