29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Copper fume and Iron Oxide fume listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 0.1 mg/m3 and 10.0 mg/m3 respectively. a) On or about March 2, 2017, an employee working in the torching area was overexposed to Copper fumes at an 8 hour time weighted average of 0.126 mg/m3, which exceeded the OSHA permissible exposure limit of 0.1 mg/m3 by 126%. b) On or about March 2, 2017, an employee working in the torching area was overexposed to Iron Oxide at an 8 hour time weighted average of 20.52 mg/m3, which exceeded the OSHA permissible exposure limit of 10.0 mg/m3 by 205.2%.
