29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: The employer is failing to train employees on potential exposure to and subsequent health both chronic and acute from the effects of exposure to hydrocarbon gases and vapors, fire, explosions and oxygen deficient atmospheres. This was most recently documented on February 7, 2017 at the Wyss Tank Battery located on the South East corner of the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Road 357, South West of Trenton Nebraska. The employer failed to train employees on the potential health effects of hydrocarbon gases and vapors to include but not limited to chronic and acute health hazards, and fire and/or explosion hazards during tank gauging.
