29 CFR 1926.752(b): The steel erection contractor began steel erection work without written notification that the concrete in the in the footings, piers and wall, or the mortar in the in the masonry piers and walls has attained, on the basis of an appropriate ASTM standard test method of field-cured samples, either 75 percent of the intended minimum compressive design strength or sufficient strength to support the loads imposed during steel erection. (a) Construction site - On or about February 2, 2017 employer began steel erection activities and Hillwood Construction Services L.P. had not provided required written notification of concrete cure percentage.
