29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure employees in a hoist area were protected from falling 4 feet or more to a lower level: On or about January 24, 2017 the employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards of approximately 11.2 feet, while working on a mezzanine level hoist area. A temporary employee fell through the opening when a removable guardrail was slid open while material was loaded or received.
