29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours: a) Office; On or about January 18, 2017 and at time prior thereto, the employer failed to provide the OSHA 300A Summaries for 2014-2016 within 4 business hours of being requested. The Inzi Controls Alabama, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1004.40(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 998809, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 375 Hwy 203, Elba, Alabama 36323.
