29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Carbon Monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8-hour Time-Weighted Average concentration of 50 parts per million particles of air (50 ppm) for any 8-hour work shift of a 40-hour work week and attenuated accordingly for extended work shifts in extended work weeks: (a) On or about January 12, 2017, for an employee exposed to carbon monoxide levels at mean calculated 682.8 ppm for approximately 240 minutes. , 8-hour Time-Weighted Average of 341.4 ppm while repairing slide hammers in the equipment trailer on the Continental Holstein 5 Well Pad approximately 5 miles north of Highway 23 near New Town, North Dakota.
