29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Total Dust, listed as Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated (PNOR) listed in Table Z-1, in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 15mg/m3: (a) On or around March 28, 2017, a Blender adding various ingredients to Blending Cell Two (2) to make Mocha flavoring was exposed to Total Dust at a concentration of 18.50 mg/m3 during a 483 minute sampling period. This exposure was approximately 1.23 times the limit of 15 mg/m3. (b) On or around March 28, 2017, a Blender adding various ingredients to Blending Cell Six (6) in the Stage 1 room to make Wildberry flavoring was exposed to Total Dust at an 8-hour time weighted average of 42.51 mg/m3 , approximately 2.83 times the limit of 15 mg/m3. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 11 minutes not sampled.
