29 CFR 1910.26(c)(2)(vi)(d): Ladders exposed to oil and grease, equipment were not cleaned of oil, grease, or slippery materials. a. On or about December 27, 2016, in the basement, employees were required to use ladders covered with oil. The employer did not ensure that ladders exposed to oil were kept clean, thereby exposing the employees to slip and fall hazards.
