29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: The employer is failing to ensure that employees received training on the workplace written hazard communication program which includes workplace labeling and safety data sheets exposing them to possible chemical injuries. This was most recently documented on December 13, 2016 at 4:30am at 580 7th St. Omaha Nebraska. Employees work with chemicals including but not limited to, Breakleen, Klean, Strip Denatured Alcohol, BZ582 ZC Fast 505 Cleaner ZU505128 4/1G lubricants, denatured alcohol, NAPA MAC'S Silicon Spray, WD-40, Max Pro Contact Cleaner, Super Degreaser & Concentrated Cleaner, Gunk Battery Terminal Protector, and Hercules Real Tuff.
