29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Walk-On Ceiling, Mechanical Room: On, or about, December 6, 2016, electrical conduit had been installed in front of the electrical panels located in the room. The conduit created a tripping hazard, created a path to ground and could have been damaged by being stepped on. The presence of the conduit impeded access to the panels.
