29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii): The employer shall ensure that no employee approaches or takes any conductive object closer to exposed energized parts than the employer's established minimum approach distance, unless the measures outlined in 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A) - (C) are met: On or about November 7, 2016, an employee working within the minimum approach distance to an energized distribution line was exposed to electrical hazards. The employer did not ensure that the employee was protected from all energized parts through proper insulation. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
