29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about October 27, 2016, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when the chain and sprocket next to the twist mechanism door on baler #2 was not guarded. Employee work and clean near the hazardous area. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
