29 CFR 1910.265(c)(18)(i): Construction, operation, and maintenance of conveyors were not in accordance with American National Standard B20.1-1957, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6: a) Plywood Plant, Panel Saw: On or about October 26, 2016 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crushed-by hazards, in that means were not provided to guard against accidental injury to personnel at the conveyor transfer, loading, or discharge point of the outfeed roll.
