No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. a -The TJX Companies, Inc. dba HomeGoods Store#242, 2718 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306 - Receiving Area: Both the East & West fire exit routes in the receiving area/stock room were blocked by boxes of merchandise and other materials, impeding access, in case of fire or other emergency, to the emergency exit door. Condition observed on or about 6/24/2016.
