29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a)Entire facility: On or about July 12, 2016, and prior to, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals that include but are not limited to corrosive Chemical Boost 3200/3201 that has a ph of 3.1 and combustible Class II grain dust with a Kst value of 33.61 without providing training in these chemicals.
