29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet: a)Entire Facility: On or about July 12, 2016, and prior to, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals in that the employer failed to maintain a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the facility to include but not limited to: Chemical Boost 3200/3201 that has a ph of 3.1 and combustible Class II grain dust with a Kst value of 33.61.
