29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) On or about June 16, 2016 - Building 1, Mezzanine 7400A; Exit pathway from ladder access to mezzanine platform adjacent to the wall was blocked by a work cart, tow jack, and parts laying in the aisle. b) On or about June 16, 2016 - Building 1, Bays 1-3; Pathway to exit door was blocked with AC wooden crate, a metal cart, and other materials being stored in the area. c) On or about June 16, 2016 -- Building 1, Exit door by 7800 Finish Station; Pathway to exit door was partially blocked by a rack with large items that were protruding into the marked exit pathway leading to the exit door. d) On or about June 23, 2016 -- Building 1, Exit Door by First Aid Station that led to outside covered break/smoking area; Pathway to exit door was blocked by pallets of supplies that had been delivered by a vendor and were stored in the passageway in front of the exit door.
