29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: a) On or about 05/20/2016 - Platform on exterior of Millroom adjacent to the Hogger; Southeast corner of the platform was missing guardrail on section that was 68 inches wide and was 58 inches above the ground level. b) On or about 05/20/2016 - Platform on exterior of Millroom adjacent to the Hogger; Platform was not guarded by a standard guardrail. Only a top rail was present.
