29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(v): Each employee on a walkway located within a scaffold was not protected by a guardrail system (with a minimum 200 pound toprail capacity) installed within 9.5 inches (24.1 cm) of and along at least one side of the walkway: A). on or about 02/09/16, job site at 28-02 Jackson Ave. Long Island City, NY An employee walking on a 7 ' walkway between two scaffolds (concrete shoring towers) was exposed to falling approximately 16 ft. to the ground. The walkway was not provided with a guard rail system. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
