29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective. On or about 13 January 2016, and at times prior thereto, two electrical extension cords within the outside Assembly Area were being utilized without having a grounding path, exposing employees and temporary workers to an electrical hazard of approximately 120 volts.
