29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage was not secure. Storage of materials created a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., were not stacked, blocked or interlocked so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a/ W.B Mason Company, Cranbury- Through out the warehouse racks- The employer stacked boxes of merchandise improperly. Merchandise was not interlocked or secured to prevent sliding or collapse, exposing employees to struck by hazards. Observed on or about 8/07/2015
