29 CFR 1910.253(e)(6)(ii): When regulators or parts of regulators, including gages, needed repair, the work was not performed by skilled mechanics who had been properly instructed: A) Welding area for combine tanks, on or about August 5, 2015, an employee used an oxygen cylinder and an acetylene cylinder with damaged gages on the regulator without the gages being repaired by a skilled mechanic, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
