29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: a) West Weaver Covered Bridge / Conococheague Creek area; Employees were working on steel tubular scaffolding while installing stabilizers and x bracing on the wooden covered bridge without having the wheel casters locked into position, on or about 07/16/2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
