29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Employees working below residential roofing operations were not wearing hard hats, thereby exposing employees to overhead struck-by hazards. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
