29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) Work Site: 225-535 Glenwood Avenue, On the South Side, Bloomfield, NJ Employees were exposed to falls of 13 feet, 4 inches to the ground below as the working levels of the tubular welded frame scaffolds were not fully planked or decked between the uprights and the guardrail supports. Violation observed on or about 04/18/2015.
