Among others methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard include, but are not limited to: Establishment of work practices which assure the stability of structures through the use of adequate temporary bracing or other securing means where needed. Such practices would include but not be limited to compliance with erection specifications and codes such as the following: 1). (b) 127.2 Contractor shall be responsible for adequacy and safety of such support and bracing. 2). AISC (American Institute of steel Construction Inc.) Code of Standard Practice, Article 504-10, "Erection". (a) Temporary Bracing: Allow for erection loads, and for sufficient temporary bracing to maintain structure safe, plumb, and in true alignment until completion of erection and installation of permanent bracing.
