29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(1): Contaminated sharps were not discarded immediately or as soon as feasible in containers that are puncture resistant: a) On or about 02/04/2015, at facility, for employees with occupational exposure to potentially infectious material. Employer did not implement effective work practice controls by discarding of sharps that were on the floors of the ambulances and overfilling sharps containers.
