29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On or about February 3, 2015 at work site 5695 S. Davinci Lane, Carthage Missouri.-employees were exposed to an electrical hazard from exposed conductors in a flexible cord which had broken free of its connection when operating the scale located on the packout line bagger machine.
