29 CFR 1910.178(m)(3): Unauthorized personnel shall not be permitted to ride on powered industrial trucks. A safe place to ride shall be provided where riding of trucks is authorized. a) Warehouse - On or about February 4, 2015, employees were riding upon and being raised by the forks of the Raymond High reach forklift and Clark forklift to access the upper level of the racking system without being provided a proper lifting platform or place to ride.
