Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to potential chemical hazards from an anhydrous ammonia piping system: Building 68: On, or about, February 13, 2015, the company had not developed and implemented a program to inspect the anhydrous ammonia piping system that conveyed anhydrous ammonia from a compressed gas cylinder to a heat treat furnace.
