29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(vii): A receptacle installed in a wet location where the product intended to be plugged into it was to be attended while in use (for example, portable tools) did not have an enclosure that was weatherproof when the attachment plug cap was removed: a) North side of the Pipe Shop container set up at the South end of F-Pier: An outdoor type 120 volt duplex receptacle outlet was found to have an extension cord plugged into it, but it was not equipped with a weatherproof cover.
