29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): a) North wall of the Building 1801 Break Room: A 120 volt extension cord was found to be plugged into a receptacle outlet in the building. The cord was placed through a hole cut into the wall where it provided power to an outside "drinking water cooler". It was also used in lieu of fixed wiring.
