29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Southeast corner of the Rigging Loft: The 120 volt "Woods" relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, printers, radios, etc. was instead used to provide power to high powered equipment such as a Sharp microwave oven. b) North wall of the Electrical Supervisors Office: A 120 volt relocatable power tap designed and listed to be relocatable was found to be securely attached to the right-hand side of a metal desk with 3 plastic ties rendering it non-relocatable. c) Southwest corner of the Electrical Supervisors Office: A 120 volt six outlet "Wiremold" wall power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, printers, radios, etc. was instead used to provide power to high powered equipment such as a GE refrigerator, a Sharp microwave oven, and a coffee pot. d) Southwest corner of the Electrical Supervisors Office: A 120 volt "Belkin" relocatable power tap was "daisy chained" into the "Wiremold" wall power tap, which was then plugged into a duplex receptacle outlet, which is a violation of its' listing.
