Rohr Industries, Inc. 201 Stackpole Street, St. Marys, PA, Production Areas, on or about November 21st, 2014, and times prior thereto: Employees were working with and around hazardous substances including, but not limited to Propane, Kerosene, Acetone, Lubricating oils, and various metals.
