29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were used for purposes prohibited by subparagraphs (A) through (E) of this paragraph. On or about November 18, 2014, and times prior thereto, in the production area at the north wall, the employer attached an extension cord in place of a power cord to energize a floor fan exposing employees to electrical hazards.
