29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(2)(i): During use, containers for contaminated sharps were not easily accessible to personnel or located as close as was feasible to the immediate area where sharps were used or could be reasonably anticipated to be found: a) Prospect Airport Services, Inc.- Philadelphia, PA: Employees (cabin cleaning crew members) clean airplane cabins, exposing employees to used contaminated sharps from seat pockets of airplane cabins. The employer did not provide containers for contaminated sharps that were located as close as feasible to the immediate area where sharps were reasonably anticipated to be found such as, but not limited to seat pockets in airplane cabins.
