29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) On or about 10/30/14 - Maintenance Bays, SO flexible cords were used to extend the branch circuits of the facility to supply 480/250/110 volt service to plasma cutter, glue machine and portable tool chest.
