29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a. Band area, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, the flexible cord used to provide power to a floor fan had the outer sheath pulled from the plug with no strain relief on the conductors, on or about 03/08/2016.
