29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Spiral Department - The employer did not ensure that the flexible extension cord supplying power to both Power Rotary Machines was permanently wired thereby, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards or before May 10, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
