29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee may be exposed were not deenergized before the employee works on or near them. a) At the jobsite, on or about 1/3/20: An electrician was working on an energized 800 amp service cabinet. And following the arc-blast a generator was provided to supply power to non life-critical services in the building. Engler Electric was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (CFR 1910.333(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 11221188, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/27/16, with respect to a workplace located at 200 South Washington Street, Herkimer, NY.
